Busch Gardens Fun

Posted in Blog on July 7th, 2021 by Christi Reed

On Thursday, June 24th, the day before Grand Assembly officially began, the members and adults of Quantico-Freedom Assembly #6, as well as our friend Kassidy from Manassas Assembly, went to Busch Gardens Williamsburg for a day of fun before the formal weekend ahead. I drove down with Mom Ange and JoElla, and once we arrived we met up with the rest of the girls and adults. We went on roller coasters, sat down for some lunch, and went on more roller coasters before finally meeting back at the front of the park to head to our hotel for the weekend. It was a fun and tiring day in the sun, but spending time with my friends is always welcome. I hope we can go back again the next time we are in the area!

On October 11th a few of the Rainbow girls worked tables and sold products at the DeMolay craft fair. Allison sold beautiful hand painted bottles and jackets, while Sam and Emily sold Honey. All 4 of us had lots of fun buying from the other vendors and talking to the people stopping by.

Pumpkin Patch

Posted in Blog on January 24th, 2021 by Christi Reed

On Saturday October 3rd, we went to the pumpkin patch located at Yankee Farms. The girls who attended were Eliza, Allison, Sami, Katie, Addie, Alyssa, Sinclair, and myself. We first went through a challenging corn maze that was a lot of fun. After the maze we went on a quest to find our pumpkins. Everyone had a lot fun picking out their pumpkins and buying some of the other items sold at the shop. Overall, it was a lot of fun and everyone enjoyed the experience.
