On June 13, 2026, Bethel 42 had their installation of officers at Kempsville Masonic Lodge. Our very own JoBow and Worthy Advisor of Norfolk Assembly, Alaina, went in as Honored Queen for the Bethel. This installation had an amazing turnout!. We had supporters from DeMolay, Rainbow, Job’s Daughters, and other sponsoring bodies. The theme for her term is “A Whole New World” centered around the Disney film, Aladdin. One of the highlights for the installation was seeing a cute slideshow that shows pictures of Alaina and everything that she has done leading up to her term as Honored Queen. I also enjoyed the ceremony that takes place afterwards, where Alaina and the two princesses present their crowns to the cross. In attendance from Norfolk Assembly, we had Becca, Manuela, and our two sparkles Bella and Melissa.

I’m so happy I was able to watch Alaina go in as Honored Queen. It was an amazing installation with lots of fun and laughter. They did a great job with the decorations and the actual ceremony. Alaina is doing an amazing job as Worthy Advisor for Norfolk Assembly, so I have no doubt that she will be an equally amazing Honored Queen for the Bethel. Congratulations, Bethel 

42! I cannot wait to see all the amazing things you will accomplish under Alaina’s leadership!

Macie R. Norfolk Assembly #15

On May 30, 2026, Portsmouth Chapter had their installation of officers at Churchland Lodge. Sheldon went in as Master Councilor for his third term to help show those leadership qualities to the young men who are starting to make their way through the line. His continued support for the chapter shows and does not go unnoticed. This term, Sheldon was focusing on the theme “Built on Honor”. A main goal that he has for the term is to bring in more boys to the order and build relationships with the surrounding Chapters, Bethels, and Assemblies to further enhance our youth relationship. Congratulations, Portsmouth Chapter and Sheldon, on an amazing installation. 

This installation was especially entertaining to watch! My favorite part was when entertaining jokes were being made during the ceremony to keep the audience engaged and laughing! The best part was for sure when we were all playing with balloons downstairs after eating. There was so much laughter and smiles from everyone! I love supporting Portsmouth Chapter and cannot wait to see all the boys grow into amazing men.

On June 15th Bethel 42 had their installation of officers. Many of us were in attendance and participated in the installation as members of both organizations. Norfolk’s Drill Leader, Manuela, was installed as Honored Queen and Norfolk’s Nature, Alaina, was installed as Marshal. Becca served as the Installing Honored Queen. It was a wonderful time and we had a lot of fun at the reception and dance following the ceremony.

On January 8^th, Manassas Assembly had our Installation of Officers where the amazing Samantha Martin went in as Worthy Advisor. With an amazing ‘Stranger Things’ theme she kicked off her term with a beautiful installation and delicious ice cream sundae bar! With all the newly installed officers, our assembly will do amazing things.
