On February 20th, about thirty Rainbow Girls accompanied the elders at the Masonic Home for Bingo. It was a lot of fun mingling with the residents of the Masonic Home of Virginia.

Then we all gathered down the road at Babcock Lodge for a charity dinner and dance. The night was full of music and laughter. It was an excellent experience for my first time going to something like this. There was a DJ, bubble machine, and most of all, friends.

Richmond Assembly #10

On the December 12th we went to the Hiddenwood Retirement Home to visit residents there that are Easter Star members. We delivered their dues cards, a holiday card, and a plant in a mug. There are three currently living in the home. They were all surprised to see us and find that we are were Rainbow Girls. They were warm and welcoming to us. Overall it was a very warm experience full of christmas spirit.

Hampton Assembly #2

On November 1st, the Rainbow Girls of Hampton Assembly put together bags of hats, gloves, toiletries, and other essentials for the homeless in Hampton. These items will be distributed on the 4th. I think it is wonderful that we all can come together and do something so magnificent for others. It warms my heart knowing that the homeless will be fed and will have a few things to help them out this winter.
