Springfield Installation

Posted in Blog on February 8th, 2018 by Webmaster

On January 14th, 2018, Mom Robin, Mom Paula, Katie, Sami, Vanessa, and a prospect, Emma, from Manassas Assembly all attended Springfield’s Installation of Officers. The Worthy Advisor installed was Hannah along with 9 other officers. The Installing Officers did a great job.  They had a wonderful Installation with a very cool crowning ceremony presented by the Masons. Hannah’s charities are the Wildlife Conservation Society and Save the Children Organization. She had a lovely closing speech and I can’t wait to see all the beautiful things she and her Assembly will do this term.

Manassas Assembly Installation

Posted in Blog on February 6th, 2018 by Webmaster

On January 13, Manassas Assembly held their Installation. Katie went in as Worthy Advisor. The crowning was done by Erin Pendleton and myself. The Ribbon Ceremony was done by the Pledge Girls. Katie’s charity is Supreme 2018 and the Supreme Temple fund. Her mascot is a deer because it’s her favorite animal from the woods. She got two mascots and named them Scamper and Bucky. She chose the bow stations as her honor stations because she feels they are important lessons in life. There was a dance following the installation. We look forward to a successful term!

Fairfax Assembly Installation

Posted in Blog on February 2nd, 2018 by Webmaster

On Sunday, January 7th, Fairfax Assembly had their Installation for their new term.  The following girls were installed: Zoë as Charity, Lorkin as Faith, Paige as Chaplain, and Kaylie as Fidelity. The girls who attended from our assembly, Manassas #13 were:  Isabella, Katie, Jazmyn, Sami, Gigi, Maribel, Delanie, and myself.  The adults that attended were: Dad Clancy, Mom Louisa, Mom Priscilla, Mom Deborah, Mom Robin and Dad Joe. The Installation went well and I presented Zoë with a gift, because she switched Assemblies. Hopefully Fairfax Assembly will continue to grow now that Zoë is there. The refreshments afterward were delicious and made me want more. I was at their Lodge in the morning to help set up with Zoë.  All in all, Fairfax had an amazing Installation and I can’t wait to see their Installation for their next term!

Fairfax Installation

Posted in Blog on January 31st, 2018 by Webmaster

I arrived a little after 2pm on January 7th for Fairfax Assembly #3’s Installation.  Currently it’s a small assembly so there weren’t many girls to be installed, but it is growing each time I visit!  Their Sister of Charity presided over the event once the officers were installed since they don’t have a Worthy Advisor at this time.  She did a really good job and it was good practice for when she becomes the Worthy Advisor.  Once installation was over refreshments were served.  Several Rainbow Girls were there from the Manassas Assembly #13: Gigi, Katie, Dalanie, Joella, Sami, Maribel, Jazmyn and me.

In Rainbow Love & Service,

Isabella
