Amaranth Installation – 1/26/2020

On Saturday, January 25^th, I attended the Amaranth Destiny Court #14 Installation.  Mom Darcy and Dad Clancy were installed in the east as Royal Matron and Royal Patron, respectively.  Mom Darcy’s Mascot for the year is a dog and it was presented to her by Gigi and Sara. When I walked in the room I felt out of place because so many people were wearing shades of red and I didn’t get the memo, but it makes sense since that is the term color.  The reception hall was decorated so nicely that I didn’t even recognize it because they wrapped the walls in red, yellow, and white.  The desserts were also good!  I’d say their year is off to a good start!

Quantico Installation

On Saturday, January 11th, Quantico-Freedom Assembly held their installation of officers. Zoe Nash went in as Worthy Advisor and her theme is Once Upon a Dream. Her colors are pink, blue, green, and gold. Her mascot is the dragon. Her charities are BeMoreCaring, an organization dedicated to helping underprivileged communities, and ACTS, a PWC charity that serves those who need it in the community. There were multiple Manassas girls serving as installing officers and a multitude of Manassas girls in attendance. Her decorations and quotes were awesome, and I loved the live music provided by Isabella. It was a beautiful installation and I cannot wait to see what Zoe does during her term.

Quantico-Freedom Assembly Installation

January 11^th, 2020

JoElla 

On January 11^th, Zoë  got installed as Worthy Advisor at my home assembly, Quantico-Freedom #6. Before her installation, we finally got chartered and became an official assembly. This was a giant leap from last June, when Mom J let us open originally.

The girls who attended were, JoElla, Zoë, Zoey, M’balu, Batu, Lillian, Akshita, Audrey, Kassie, Jazmin, Dionna, and Abby. Zoë’s theme this term is Sleeping Beauty. Her mascots are Phillip the owl, and Eleanor the dragon. Zoë’s charity is ACTS, a Prince William County based charity that helps out the less fortunate with anything they need.

Her colors are pink, blue, green and gold. Her flower is the red rose. After the installation, we all cleaned up the lodge room, then got ready for the sleepover that was held at the lodge later that evening.

The sleepover and installation were both a great time, and I know we are going to achieve a lot this term!
