On July 31st, a few members of Hampton Assembly decided to meet up and go to Bring a Friend Day at the church that helps us with feeding the homeless. Julia, Kensley, and myself had been to Sunday church service there before and we were very glad to go again. They had a great service and there was even a fake mountain and camp site in the front where later that evening they would hold the start of their vacation bible school this summer! The three of us and our families stayed for lunch afterwards and all had a fun time joking and enjoying each other’s company together. It was a mighty fine day!

Hampton Assembly #2

Kensley, Rachal, Libbie, Maddy, and I went to Norfolk Assembly’s meeting on July 24th. It was wonderful to see the girls we once had in our Assembly running their own meeting. They did absolutely wonderful, as expected, and welcomed us with open arms. Libbie protemed as Faith for them and then we went downstairs for some fellowship and snacks.
