Manassas Served Royal Arch Dinner

Posted in Blog on October 30th, 2017 by Webmaster

On September 14, 2017, we held the Royal Arch dinner.  Mom Louisa made the dinner and the girls who worked it were:  Alyssa, Akshita, and me.  We had lasagna, salad, rolls, birthday cake, and apple pie.  The Royal Arch members celebrated Dad Clancy’s birthday and their Installation that evening.  Each girl working the dinner made $20 for their Assembly banks.

Zombies in Hampton!

Posted in Blog on February 24th, 2017 by Webmaster

Hampton Assembly was honored with the opportunity to preform for the Grand Court of Amaranth at their reception. We did a play about how cell phones turned people into zombies and an electronic toothbrush was the solution to ending the horrible epidemic! The ladies and men there laughed and smiled out our outrageous performance. We definitely brought some life into that crowd and had a prospect to help! Tidewater DeMolay also performed a baseball skit and a dance in blow up suits. It was a fun night with laughs and friendship.

Serving Dinner at Hampton’s Masonic Installation

Posted in Blog on December 11th, 2016 by Webmaster

On December 6th, Hampton Assembly went to serve dinner at Dad Joe’s installation. Mom Beth made Filipino food and it was soooooooo good! We also surprised Dad Joe by getting a cake and singing Happy Birthday to him since his birthday was the next day. After that, we continued with the surprises and told him we were going to talk about a fundraiser before the closed Installation started. Instead we had a little performance to give him a mascot. We gave him a Phoenix and Kensley talked a little about what it meant in different cultures. It was a wonderful time and I’m always so proud to help our Masons out.

A Fun and Patriotic Evening

Tuckahoe Lodge invited us to come to their special meeting in honor of Independence Day on July 7th. They were having a dinner as well as a flag retirement ceremony done by the Sojourners and a presentation about taps. We got to help serve food and clean up the food after everyone left. There was a large turnout at the flag retirement ceremony, and everyone who wanted to participate had the chance. We even helped with the flag retirement, and we learned a lot.  We really appreciate being invited by Tuckahoe Lodge and look forward to doing a program for them in a couple of months!
