Prince William Chapter Installation

On September 22nd, Prince William DeMolay Chapter had their installation of officers. The Master Counselor, Kate’s little brother Connor, got installed along with his officers. He was a little flustered and definitely excited for his term opening with a great speech thanking Mom Debbie for starting his journey in DeMolay, and the rest of his family and friends for supporting him while he was making his way to the east. After rolling smoothly through the rest of his installation the installing team wrapped things up and we all hung out in the refreshment hall.

Day of Service –

On 11/11/2018, Manassas Assembly did a day of service for a couple people active with the lodge.  We spent the afternoon raking and blowing leaves for two different families.  The girls there were:  Kate, Dalanie, Zoey, M’Balu, Allison, Batu, Joella, Gigi and myself.  Dalanie found out that she really likes working with leaf blowers, but sadly I don’t have her talent for it.  Zoey had fun covering herself in the leaves too!  When we finished we had cookies, donuts and hot cocoa.

Donut Sale

On November 10, 2018, Manassas Assembly held a Krispy Kreme donut sale fundraiser.  We were selling donuts in really cold weather!  The girls there were Allison, Samantha M., Jazmyn, Katie and me.  To pass the time and stay warm some of us danced and sang along to Disney and Christmas music.  When the sale was over some of us met up at Mod Pizza for lunch.

Amaranth Game Night

On Friday, October 5th, I went to a game night fundraiser for Amaranth at Henry Lodge in Fairfax. We played games such as UNO, Ticket to Ride, Harry Potter Trivia, Monopoly, and Exploding Kittens. We played games with both girls and adults from other assemblies. All the money went to support diabetes. We also had drinks and snacks. It was really fun.
