Hampton at Feeds the Homeless

Today, Hampton Assembly visited our local fire station where my aunt works. We had so much fun talking to the firefighters and touring the station. I loved seeing all of the equipment they use and hearing some of the stories they have to tell. The Girls and I even got to sit in the fire truck. We got to see their living quarters and we brought them some food to go with their dinner. Just a small gesture to thank them for their service to our community. We also got to explain Rainbow to the firefighters and they loved the idea of our service work. I hope to go back in the future and see them again.
In Rainbow love and Service,
Alexis
On Saturday, June 11th, Manassas Assembly had a called Initiation. We had two new girls join. Thank you to our Majority Member adults who helped us and did a part for us. After, we had a potluck lunch. Later that day we had a sleepover at Sydney’s house. The girls that were there were, Isabella, Zoey, JoElla, Sami, Jazmyn, Arrabella, Delaney, Gigi, and Sydney. We had a lot of fun and we had a great time bonding and learning more about our new Sisters!

On Sunday, April 10, Manassas Assembly went to Grace United Methodist Church for Rainbow Sunday. We had a great turnout. We had 28 people from our Assembly attending. The girls that went were, Vanessa, Gigi, Dalanie, Sami, Zoey, M’ Balu, Sydney, and myself along with other family members and adults on the board. After church, we went to Olive Garden. We had fun spending time with our Rainbow family and celebrating our faith in Rainbow!
Love,
Katie
