Ashburn Painting

At our last meeting, we had a painting event led by Mom Stephanie.  The best thing that happened was that we all made our sea creatures different. This was held at Ashburn-Sterling Lodge where we have our meetings for Rainbow. A funny thing that happened was that Grace made her painting be a Patrick star. Her brother’s name is Patrick which made it even more funny.  Over all this event was super fun!

Kings Dominion

On Saturday, May 28th, The Rainbow Girls from both Manassas and Richmond Assemblies and I came to Kings Dominion as a fun event. I was with the group of the girls in my assembly, where we first decided to ride the Dominator, a rollercoaster full of loops. We then took the Intimidator, which was the tallest and fastest roller coaster at 305 feet and a blazing 91 mph! After that, we went to a 4d coaster, which I found to be quite dizzying but fun at the same time. After we went on all the most exciting rides, we took a break and ate Mac and Cheese at a restaurant. I had to leave early because I had younger siblings, so I don’t know what the girls did after I left. I cannot wait to see what is next in store for our assembly’s future leisurely events.

Kings Dominion

It was nice weather but a little hot. We went on the Tumble; the line was long but worth it. We went to get in the line for twisted Timbers again and this time we got to ride. It was fun, and we got to go upside down a lot. Then we went on Apple Zapple because we were nearby. That was a lot of sloshing around because there were quick turns. We went to get waters and snow cones to cool down. We went on Racer 75 and I didn’t like that one because it hurt my back. I later realized partly because it was 75-year-old.   Frani, my mom, and I went on the Tumbili which was worth waiting in the line for so long. We ate lunch and then went to the Intimidator which is the biggest tallest ride at Kings dominion. It is 305 feet tall. I passed out after we started going down. It was a 5/5. But overall was fun and not a long wait in line. We played some games and then searched for the race cars, but they said they were shut down for the night.  We played some more games. We went on the carousel.

Kings Dominion

On May 28th, 2022, we went to Kings Dominion. My mom, sister, 2 of my friends, and I went together.  We met up with others from the assembly and we talked with some of the them at Starbucks. Then we went to find a small roller coaster, Woodstock’s Express because 3/5 of us had never been on a roller coaster. I was one of the 3 and it was super fun!  Woodstock Express was a 3/5 so it was a good one to start with. Then we rode on some of the Snoopy rides. We went to the jungle themed area and rode the Anaconda, that one was super fun and my friend Dani passed out on the ride. It was a 5/5. We got in line for Twisted Timbers but then the ride stopped with people at the top and an employee said that there was a temporary delay on the roller coaster so we went to ride on the Delirium and Bad Apples. After that we went and got some pretzels and waters.
