Mom Erin, Mom Paula, Vanessa, Katie, Sami, Dalanie, Gigi, Ella, Noah and I went to the Homecoming GV on Saturday, May 19th. There was a floating shark flying (swimming?) in the air while the skit was going on. The girls wore shark fins and other aquatic things while singing a song and telling facts. Everyone was laughing and we all had a good time.

My favorite station in the Bow is Religion. I love how it represents the strength that comes from faith and God, but also peace and love for others. Its color is a fiery orange, symbolizing these combined traits.

My favorite station is Nature, because I like nature, being outdoors, camping and hiking. My favorite color is yellow so there’s that too but Nature was the easiest station for me to learn. When I say Nature, I feel a connection of actually being outside. The warm sun shining on me, the birds singing, and the beautiful flowers. Taking a little time out of your day to be outside in nature can make you happy. It is the perfect place if you need a little time to talk to God and thank Him for the art of nature He has given us.

Manassas Assembly has many adult supporters that were involved in the Masonic Youth groups when they were younger! Our very own Pledge Mom was actually a Pledge! Who knew?! Mom Vanessa was a Pledge from Fairfax Assembly. Mom Nancy, our Mother Advisor was a Rainbow Girl from Fairfax Assembly. We have many other adults who were involved in the Masonic family as younger kids! We are so glad they are able to share their experiences with us!
