What Rainbow Means To Me

Rainbow Article 2020: What Rainbow means to me

I was initiated at the end of February and then the pandemic occurred so we could no longer meet in person. Even though I haven’t been here for long and I’ve only participated a hand full of times in rituals, the people in this community have been the kindest I’ve ever met. Rainbow to me means family. It’s a place you can go when you’re feeling down and they’ll give you unconditional love, somewhere to learn from mistakes, or just have some light hearted competition. I was brought into this organization by an amazing friend and now I’ve come out with a family. I hope when this pandemic is over I can continue to create memories with the Rainbow community!

Zoom With Quantico-Freedom

Posted in Blog on May 27th, 2020 by Christi Reed
On April 4th Quantico-Freedom Assembly No. 6 held our first virtual meeting via zoom. We talked about business and how much we missed each other. It was definitely refreshing and bittersweet to see and talk to everyone. I know one thing that this quarantine has taught me, and that’s how much we value each other’s company and how important it is to spend time with those around you.
