Manassas Rainbow Assembly LT was finally constituted April 20th 2013! We are now Assembly #13! It was a lovely ceremony and we were so excited to see the room filled. We would like to thank all our sponsoring bodies for attending and supporting us. We would also like to thank our board members for making our Constitution a huge success! We would also like to give a big thanks to Mom Nancy Brown for always being there to support us and helping us become a new Assembly! We really appreciate all the hard work she does just for us. Our only regret was that Mom J couldn’t see it in person. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.

Our Ritual Competition happened on a very special day for Rainbow in my State. It was Rainbow’s anniversary, which made it a little more special, in addition to it being my first one.

Ritual Competition was a little intimidating at first. There were a lot of people there, and my first thought was that I had to compete against all of the girls that were there to compete. Later, when we had to sign in, I started to relax because I noticed that I did not have to compete against all the girls that were there. That was a huge relief for me! I have to admit though I did stutter and start to forget the next part in the different lectures.

Looking back on today, I am glad that I competed. Now that I know what to expect, I can’t wait for next year’s competition!
