OES “Our Angel of Friendship” Awarded
Posted in Blog on August 15th, 2014 by WebmasterOn August 9th at the OES Official Visit of District 16 in Forest, VA, Bob Riggle was awarded “Our Angel of Friendship” by Worthy Grand Matron Barbara Davis-Flanagan. The award, voted on by the Worthy Matrons of the District, is presented to a person who exemplifies charity, volunteerism, and helpfulness to the Chapters and their community.
We are so proud of Dad Riggle and all he does for our Virginia Grand Assembly.
