On November 12th, I arrived at around 10:30 am on Saturday morning and there were some girls already working hard.  We cleaned the front entrance, the dining room, the women’s bathroom and the dads cleaned the kitchen.  We had fun even though everything was very dirty.  Especially behind the grandfather clock (it was black with the biggest dust bunny I’ve ever seen).  There were plenty of spiders!  Mom Priscilla let us have a 15 minute break around 11:30 am and then we worked until 2pm.  The music playing helped the time go by faster.

On Monday, October 17, 2016, Fredericksburg Majority Rainbow Girl, Kiran Ahmed, was initiated into the Fredericksburg Chapter of OES by Past Worthy Grand Patron, William Rennagel. Pictured here with our Supreme Worthy Advisor, Susan Rennagel; it is always a good day in Virginia Rainbow when one of our Majority Members choose to remain in the Masonic Community as a member of one of the sponsoring bodies. Every day, in cemeteries all across America, another Veteran is laid to rest. Taps is played and rifle volleys are fired. A flag is gently folded and presented to a grieving family member in recognition and thanks for the Veteran’s service. We want to honor not only those Veterans, but also remember the sacrifice and service of those who no longer have family members who visit their grave sites to remember them and thank them for their service.

We hope that you will join with us to REMEMBER, and thereby HONOR those veterans.
