The MCHQWA BALL was held on Easter Weekend on Saturday, April 23rd, 2011. I was the only Rainbow Girl from Richmond Assembly #10 to attend. I was very happy to see my friend Sarah (GWA from Maryland), Sarah’s brother, Alayna (Jr. Past GWA from Maryland), and Alayna’s boyfriend.  It was also very nice to see the other Rainbow Girls, Job’s Daughters, and DeMolay Boys that came. I was escorted by my dad (Dad McLaughlin) when I was introduced. I had a great time and encourage you all to keep traveling.

Guess what!?

On April 6, 1922 the first class of 171 young ladies received the degrees of the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls! So that means this is our 89 Birthday! Thank you so much Rev. W. Mark Sexson for giving us the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls! Everyone enjoy today!

Supporters of Virginia Rainbow, we are excited to announce that the annual golf tournament is scheduled for September 17. No virtual golf this year! All friends and family are invited, so make plans now to have a fun-filled day, whether you play golf or not.
